I’ve heard a lot of people ask the famous question, “If God is such a good God then why doesn’t he…” or “If God is such a good God then why does he allow…?” Now that I am wiser and older I feel I better understand who God is and his role in our lives.

To start out we need to explore who or what God is. I feel pretty strong that God is a consciousness, the essence of all things. God is the stuff that makes everything real in our world.

We learn from quantum physics that our thoughts create our reality. Essentially, we create ourselves and all of our experiences. If this is true then we are God. This of course does not agree with many religions out there who believe God is a being in the heavens somewhere who created us. There very well could be creator beings who had some hand in creating us but who created them?

God, in its highest form, can be described the same way the quantum field is described. The “field” was not created and it has no end, it is all powerful, it is everywhere… These can all be used to describe God.

Whether God is a separate being or not we still have to come to grips with the fact that we do create our reality through our thoughts. Karl Pribram, as a result of his research, developed the theory that maybe our universe is a hologram or construct of light and is only real when it is perceived to be real. This theory further confirms the quantum physics understanding of our thoughts creating our reality.

Having said all this I would have to conclude that God is us, or better yet, the consciousness that is all things and therefore we need to take responsibility for our own actions and as Gandhi once said, “Be the change you want to see in the world.”

Now if creator beings did have something to do with creating us then maybe we could call on them to help us, much like some people call on angels. I have heard many stories of how a person will show up and help someone in a desperate situation only to disappear into thin air afterwards.

Even if there are creator gods, it still would not absolve us of our responsibility for the messes we have made on this planet. We created the mess and we have the power to clean it up. We have to recognize our oneness with each other and help each other.

As one person heals, that person raises the vibration of the planet making it a little easier for others to heal. If we help each other heal, imagine how quickly we could raise the vibration of the planet. Imagine what raising the vibration to that of peace and love could do to help stop the wars and despair in our world. We have the power to do this but we need stop waiting for a God or some kind of savior to do it for us and do it for ourselves.

I’ve been tip-toeing around high magic for some time now and I’ve finally decided to actually start practicing some things just to experience them for myself. I have shied away from the qabbala because of it’s connection with Yaweh. But I’ve decided to look past my preconcieved ideas about Yaweh and the Bible in the effort to understand the lesson these rituals can teach me.

Many of the Eastern philosophy and rituals have the practitioner move energy from where they are upward to the heavens. This runs along the lines of wakening the kundalini and moving up to the crown chakra. This is how the East moves towards enlightenment.
In the Western rituals of the magician we find the opposite at work. The magician draws the energy from the heavens down to where he is on the earth. They both accomplish the same end which is raising consciousness through uniting Spirit with the Material.

The Kabbala is an ancient spiritual path that comes from a mystical branch of Judaism and has been adapted to the Western world of magic. Much of what is practiced in modern magic is found in the Golden Dawn and many other groups but this is not the original Kabbala and is therefore called the Qabala or Qabbala. The original Kabbala is very difficult to find and one would need to be a Hebrew scholar to read and understand these writings. This is not a big deal because a ritual that resonates with you is just as powerful as an ancient ritual. Using a ritual is what strengthens the energy you are sending out through your intention and it matters little where the ritual came from.

We have seen the symbol of the cross to mean sacrifice as with Jesus dying on the cross. For this reason the symbol in Christianity has become a central focal point with a meaning of salvation from sin. As I have written previously, the ancient Egyptians defined sin as merely not doing the cleansing work necessary to be in the presence of the gods. The way one knew a person was not doing the “work” or was living in sin was visible signs of aging.
The Qabalistic Cross is a Hermetic ritual that many magicians use as the foundation ritual for other rituals. It is used to align the magician with the divine by bringing energy down from the heavens into the body. This ritual can be used to bring the magician into that place that is not a place at a time that is not a time to prepare the magician for the rituals to follow.

The symbol of the cross is in many traditions symbolizing life, immortality, union of heaven and hearth and the union of spirit and matter. The cross also symbolizes the center of all things. The arms represent the four directions and honoring the four directions is found in many cultures around the world. At the intersection we find this center representing the point where human and divine cross at the heart or center.

To better understand the Qabala one would need to practice its rituals to experience how they effect you. While the cross signifies spiritual transformation by coming in contact with the divine energy found inside one’s self, the Qabalistic Cross is a ritual that can take you there.

The Qabalistic Cross

In the Goden Dawn one is taught to use a steel dagger but you can use your index finger and middle finger extended with the rest of your fingers in a fist.

Rite
1. Stand West of the Altar facing East. Imagine yourself expanding, getting larger and larger. Visualize yourself standing with the Earth beneath your feet (about the size of a soccer ball). Imagine yourself continuing to grow and expand, until you are so large that entire galaxies spin around you. Visualize a ball of white Light, burning like a star, directly above your head. Raise either your Elemental or Planetary Banishing Dagger in your right hand above your head, pointing straight up, and pierce the star with the Dagger. Visualize a shaft of white Light rising vertically from the star above your head to infinity. Vibrate: Ah-TAH

2. Lower the Dagger to the groin area, with the tip still pointing straight up (Israel Regardie taught that one should never point a Magical Dagger downward toward the Earth so instead point the handle of the dagger at the Earth. Others feel the blade points toward where you are directing energy, so if you are directing energy to the Earth, then the tip of the dagger must point that way. In the end, choose the position that works best for you). Vibrate: Mahl-KOOT Visualize a vertical shaft of white Light, descending from the star above your head, to another star beneath your feet, and onward, through the center of the Earth, to infinity.

3. Touch your right shoulder with the point of the Dagger (you should feel the sharp tip), and vibrate: Vih-G’boo-RAAH. Visualize another star shining where the Dagger is touching your shoulder, and a shaft of white Light, extending horizontally to your right, and on to infinity.

4. Touch your left shoulder with the point of the Dagger, and vibrate Vih-G’doo-LAH Visualize another star, at the place where the Dagger is touching your shoulder, and a shaft of Light extending horizontally to your left, to infinity.

5. Bring the Dagger, pointing upward, and between your hands to your heart and vibrate: Lih-Oh-LAHM, Ah-MEN.

The Hebrew words used in this ritual loosely translate to:

Ah-TAH - THOU ART

Mahl-KOOT - THE KINGDOM

Vih-G’boo-RAAH - AND THE POWER

Vih-G’doo-LAH - AND THE GLORY

Lih-Oh-LAHM - FOREVER

Hinduism is known to be the oldest surviving Asian religion and can be traced back to four ancient works of sacred teachings called the Veda. The Rig-Veda was the first to be written with the largest collection of hymns, at 1,028 in total. These hymns were recited by the priests to invite the gods to participate in sacrificial ceremonies. Written sometime between the twelfth and eight centuries BC, and passed along by word of mouth through scholars who studied and interpreted sacred texts were so meticulous that they were successful at preserving the sound of the ancient Sanskrit hymns with near perfect accuracy. Even though the meanings of some of the words were lost, it was not considered important. The sounds not the meanings were believed to carry supernatural power.

The Rig-Veda describes sacrificial rituals including the slaying of animals to please the gods. Another part of these rituals was consuming the juice of a climbing vine, called soma (Asclepias acida). The juice was mixed with milk, filtered through sheep skin and imbibed. Soma is considered a powerful hallucinogen and it seems to give the drinker supernatural powers.

Two other Veda texts also gave a lot of attention to sacrificial rites but it was in the fourth Veda, Atharva-Veda, written around the second century BC that exposed the most interesting aspect of the Hindu religion. The teachings in the Atharva Veda were devoted to magical spells and charms designed to get rid of disease causing demons, renew the affections of a lover, win victory in battle and generate financial success. As you can guess, these incantations were a valuable political tool for the priests serving the rulers of their day.

The quest for magical powers led to asceticism in Indian thought and religion. Those who learned these magical abilities were commonly called munis (wonder workers) in the Rig-Veda. It was said they knew the secrets of the gods.

These ascetics learned these secrets through the discipline of fasting, celibacy and drinking poisons. Munis were said to accumulate these supernatural powers, called tapas, through holding uncomfortable positions for long periods of time. Their abilities included magical feats such as levitation, healing, telekinesis, translocation, and much more. Tapas were also obtained through extreme forms of self torture including sitting or lying on a bed or nails or holding a leg or arm motionless for months until it started to waste away.

Transmigration (reincarnation) came about through these ascetics and became the central doctrine of Hinduism and Buddhism. With transmigration the devout is able to escape from samsara, their undesirable condition, and achieve a state of enlightenment. A person becomes conscious of the essential identity (atman) of his or her individual soul through this mystical experience. Then he or she unites with the impersonal Supreme Being known as Brahman.

There are many paths leading to this enlightenment, but it is said that the path of the ascetic is the truest path, living a solitary life, eating very little, keeping body and mind under control through the extensive practice of meditation.

At the time of the final portion of the Veda, Upanishads, the practice of yoga consisted of sitting completely still and erect, with the eyes focused on the tip of the nose. The objective was to bring thought and senses under complete control until the mind became a single point.

Between 200 BC and 200 AD, yoga in the Bhagavad-Gita had become a name given to any practice designed to reunite the soul with God. Yoga had evolved away from its classical paths and spread across India. Yogis were gaining great respect even though traditional Hindu priests believed them to be no more than mere magicians (illusionists).

Yoga adepts were regarded as proficient masters over the force of gravity to levitate themselves right off the ground. They were also known to make certain events happen without any physical effort, solely through the force of will. Many other supernatural abilities were also attained through this practice.

At the core of the yoga techniques for obtaining supernatural abilities was strict control of the breath. It was said that through the control of the breath these accomplishments were made possible. Using special techniques the yogi would make his breathing as slow as possible, always extending the period between breaths. Some yogis would even reach the ability to hold their breath for hours.

Oprah had David Blain on her show April 30, 2008. If you were watching then you know David held his breath for 17 minutes. David is known as a stage magician but this was no magic trick.

You don’t have to be a spiritually evolved individual to learn these supernatural abilities but this is not the practice of yoga. Instead these exhibitions of supernatural ability are traps on the path to enlightenment. The Buddha himself warned of the dangers of “showing off” magical abilities. Showing off is from the ego and when the ego is under your mastery, you will not have any desire to “show off” your abilities.

Disciplining the body and the mind to attain these supernatural abilities does not get you closer to realizing your true spiritual Self. These abilities could even be used to harm others. The greatest reward one can gain from developing these special abilities is to learn them after properly learning to be the master of the ego.

While I was learning yoga I was discouraged from seeking psychic abilities because it would only make me a slave to my ego. Many yoga masters will not teach their disciples these supernatural abilities until the disciple has proven mastery over his or her ego. Once the ego was under control, it was considered safe to teach the disciple these powerful abilities.

I do want to note that each individual always be building and expanding his or her psychic abilities to communicate with the spirit world. The spirit world is actually more real than our 3 dimensional world and it holds all the answers to any question any of us could have ask. Being able to communicate with the spirit world will help you on your spiritual path to greater enlightenment and empowerment.

If you’re interested in building your supernatural powers using yoga then I suggest studying Kriya or Kundallini yoga. It is best to use the guidance of a teacher to properly prepare for this path. Also Sri Auribindo taught the importance of spiritual evolution which can be found in developing psychic abilities.

I personally know what it feels like to encounter uncomfortable financial pressure since I experienced a period of time when I was unable to pay my bills.  There is a growing feeling of hopelessness among the people of this planet but if more people learn how to heal their pain and trauma, things can turn around.  In fact, healing your pain and trauma is one of the steps to preparing yourself for becoming a “light body.”

What’s important to keep in mind during these dark times is that we are not alone.  We have a reason for being here and it’s not to struggle with money, career, relationships or other difficulties but to awaken spiritually through connecting with our divine selves.  We are here to evolve spiritually and make our connection with the stars.  This is something we are doing collectively.

We know through ancient Egyptian text that the Egyptian temples were not places of worship but a place for doing soul work in preparation for entering gates, located in various places on earth, and traverse to the stars.

The Cherokee say there are 12 portals placed strategically around the earth which corresponds with Plato who said if you could see the earth from afar you would see the planet as a 12 angled pyramid or a decahedron. 

Abydos is a city in Egypt that was known as the gate to the underworld where this world met the other dimensional world or gateway to the quantum realm.  Before Mecca and before Jerusalem people went to Abydos. 

According to unsubstantiated reports, if a portal opens and you stumble on to it, you can find yourself teleported to another place.  In the movie Contact, Jodie Foster’s character went through a wormhole to travel through the universe and this is really what we’re talking about here.  Carl Sagan revealed this in his book Contact.  These wormholes underpin all of reality.

The big question is whether we will ever learn how to open a wormhole wide enough to allow the physical body to pass through.  Instead we should focus more on the soul being able to use them.  The ancient stories were not focused on the human body itself going through the gates but the body was seen as a transitional phase that enables us to open the gate so our soul can travel through it.

There are gateways throughout the planet that receive star energies and then there are other gates that are literal teleportation systems that take you from earth to stars.   The body itself, in a way, can be seen as a stargate. 

Is there something big about to happen?  Yes, most definitely and it’s accelerating.  We’re opening to the realization that we’re not just the sun and solar system but we are part of a galaxy.  What happens in the center of the galaxy affects us here on the earth.  We’re also shifting from purely organic beings to partly silicon based beings.  We’re seeing this in our ability to use computer technology to accentuate our skills.

This big change or shift that we are sensing seems to have everything to do with what we understand of the Myan prophecy for 2012.  The Myans seem to describe a portal or wormhole opening in the center of the galaxy and an enlightened being or group of enlightened beings are to emerge.  Today’s scientists are finding out more and more about the center of our galaxy and the black hole located there.

The Egyptians said that those portrayed as coming through stargates and wormholes were light beings and were a vastly advanced civilization that were here thousands of years ago. These light beings may have been same ones the Egyptians described as the founders of earth civilization. 

A light being is an extraterrestrial and the Egyptians said they came from and return to a place called the field or dimension of the blessed.  This is the original conception of heaven.  They also specifically talked about star systems Orion and Sirus meaning they were able to travel between dimensions and between the stars.

Every single culture around the world has a term to describe a being known to the Myans as a messianic being called Quaxecoatl.  This being is part earthly and part heavenly and was most likely an enlightened being or cosmic being who has achieved the ultimate human transformation by putting on the most sacred body, perfect body, a luminous body.  These light beings are coming into our world to bring new knowledge on how we ourselves can become these sacred or divine beings.

The akhu, which is an ancient Egyptian word that literally means, beings of light, wise instructed folk, and the light god are also known as transfigured spirits.  Jesus himself showed a couple of his disciples his ability to transfigure into a being or body of light.

According to Egyptian creation mythology a group of luminous beings came to earth and founded an island civilization.  There later was a cataclysm and the island civilization was destroyed.  The light beings left and then came back to restart human civilization.  Hmmm…does that sound like Atlantis?

Ancient Sumeria is also connected with Sirius and show these beings in winged discs or craft of some sort very similar to modern day UFOs.  They may not have been metallic but very well could have been a biological craft.

We are evolving right now and are getting ready to graduate kindergarten and move in to 1^st grade, cosmically speaking.  This means we are awakening and expanding our consciousness leading to more control over the elements which will give us more control over our destiny.

In Western astrology we have twelve constellations represented by the twelve horoscope signs that mark out one year.   Each of these constellations also marks an age called a “constellation age” and lasts about 2,160 years.  Some of these astrologers tell us we are now entering a new constellation age called the Age of Aquarius.  This concept of constellation ages came from ancient Greek and Egyptian science where the “shifting of the ages” is based on an astronomical phenomenon called the precession of the equinoxes.

The precession of the equinoxes is determined by the wobble of the Earth on its axis.  The Earth spins on its axis every 24 hours, giving us our daily sunrise and sunset.  The Earth is like a spinning top and wobbles or precesses on its axis as it is spinning.  According to modern astronomical calculations, one full wobble or one full precessional cycle takes about 25,800 years.  This can be observed by the sun rising in different constellations over this time meaning the sun has been rising in the constellation of Pisces and soon the sun will rise in the constellation of Aquarius.

In the book, Hamlet’s Mill, it is noted that during the precessional cycle, the sun will periodically line up with the Milky Way.  The authors also wrote that about 6,400 years ago (4400 BC) the fall equinox sun lined up with the Milky Way, and this was called the Golden Age found in many myths.  As the precession ended so did the harmonious celestial alignment.  The authors of Hamlet’s Mill suggest this slipping out of harmony resulted in our descent into violence and the rise of patriarchal society based on hierarchies that began in the Middle East and spread to form our own Western Tradition.

The Milky Way can be observed as a band of stars stretching across the night sky.  In ancient Mesoamerica, dark blotchy areas could be observed in the Milky Way during the clear night skies.  These dark formations, caused by interstellar dust, were called the “dark-rift” or the “Great Cleft” of the Milky Way.  These formations looked a lot like a road and it pointed right at the crossing point called by the Maya the center of the Sacred Tree.  The sun will be in this same place again in 2012.

Just a side note:  This crossing point mentioned above was symbolized by a cross by itself or a cross with a circle like the two pictures below.

Look familiar?  The longer leg of the cross represents the point where our sun lined up with the center of the galaxy. 

The road seen in the Milky Way was called the Black Road and was believed to be a road to the underworld.  In much of Mayan art we see this Black Road as having something to do with a portal where the gods traveled through to get to the earth. 

All galaxies have a center and it’s considered a womb where new stars are born and thrust out into the galaxy’s arms.  Our galaxy’s center is where everything in our solar system has come from, including us.  On the winter solstice of 2012 there will be a rare conjunction of the sun with the galactic center and due to the higher density of the stars close to the galactic plane, mass extinction periods on earth has been experienced possibly due to an increase of impacts from meteors and other such cosmic debris.

The Ouroboros is a symbol inspired by the Milky Way Galaxy and refers to the ring or band of light seen in the heavens on a clear night.  The point of the Ouroboros, where the serpent is eating it’s tail, can be seen when our sun is crossing the galactic center near the constellation Sagittarius.  The symbol showing the sun rising out of the mouth of the Ouroboros is called Suntelia Aion which is Greek for “The End of the Age” and will occur December 2012. 

The precession of the equinoxes is not a new concept.  Researcher R. A. Schwaller d Lubicz reveals, in his book Sacred Science, evidence that the ancient Egyptians were aware of the precession of the equinoxes.  J. L. E. Dreyer found three Babylonian tablets, each from a different era, shows different posisitions for the equinox proving the Babylonian astronomers understood the precessons.  Scholar David Frawley shows that the Vedic astronomers of ancient India, were also aware of the precessions and this knowledge could very well go back as far as 6,000 years.  William Sullivan shows us that knowledge of the precessions was well known among the people of the New World.  In Sullivan’s book The Secret of the Incas, he tells us the Incas had an understanding of the precessional phenomenon.

The Pleiadian Agenda, by Barbara Hand Clow, explores the alignment in 2012 in a deeper, more multidimensional way.  Clow shows us her insights of ancient history and the relationship humans have always had with the cosmos.  This connection goes much deeper than just the physical, and this forces us to think in terms of dimensions.  Clow explains that we are right now entering a new phase of spiritual growth that is being influenced by our galaxy.

There is possible evidence that 2012 will have an impact on life as we know it.  According to Dennis and Terence McKenna, in their book The Invisible Landscape, explain the 2012 alignment could implicate the galaxy as a major formative influence upon the structure of the molecules that maintain and define life.  Interesting enough, the McKennas arrived at the date of 2012 without the use of the Mayan calendar.

It seems to me the Mesoamerican shaman had an understanding of specific types of alignments in the cycle of precession and that it stimulated the evolution of life on earth.  The ancient people of the world understood the profound implications the precession had in pushing life on earth to higher complexity and levels of organization that the end result is the full realization of spirit and consciousness in all living things on this planet. 

There is an understanding with the Maya of the 260 day cycle as the period of individual human gestation, and the 26,000 year cycle is our collective gestation as a species.  This knowledge is found encoded in their calendars and myths.  It seems these truths of the Maya includes 2012 as a zero point for this evolutionary process and is seen as a collective spiritual birth.

We are experiencing a major transformation process that seems to be propelling us ever deeper within ourselves.  To resonate with each other in a love-based vibration we must learn to stop resisting the experiences and start flowing with these new changes occurring within us.  When we grow in love for the Self we assist in raising the vibration of others and the planet making the passage through this time of change easier.

This is a time of spiritual awakening where we reunite our fragmented soul, individually as well as collectively.  Reuniting the soul can only come through healing that comes through emotional awareness.  Raising your awareness and embracing your fears, pain, and your humanness you will find yourself on a whole different level of consciousness.  This higher level of consciousness will make our journey through the Holy Cross a safe passage into a galactic awareness where we move into a cosmic reality.

The Osiris Device

The Osiris device is a technology that was called the Ta-Wer (pronounced tower) or the Bond Between Heaven and Earth, and it functioned as a ladder or stairway to heaven.  Isis is depicted in some of the paintings as operating the Osiris device and a pharaoh is serving food to this device meaning it is peaceful.  There are no dead bodies or blood required for this god.

The Babylonian concept of sin, which came from Egypt, tells us the temples were not places of worship but places of work or workshops.  In order to serve food and work for the gods in the temples they had to be pure.  They had to do the “great work” to purify themselves which in turn made them gods.  This is what Alchemists called Magnum Opus or the Great Work where one transforms an impure soul into a pure soul.

The way the gods knew you weren’t doing the work is your hair turned gray and you aged.   Therefore, not doing the work was their definition of sin. 

In the picture below the Osiris device is shown on a boat or ark meaning Osiris is to traverse the heavens.  This ark looks very much like a wormhole if you look at the pictures below.  If this is true then what does the Osiris device, the ladder to heaven, have to do with a wormhole?  In the Osiris myth we find Osiris entering the tail of a serpent and then coming out the mouth.  What if the serpent is a wormhole through which Osiris is using to travel? 

In this picture notice the shape of the ends of the boat. 

Now look at this Stephen Hawking graphical depiction of a wormhole and notice the similarities.

William Henry believes the Osiris device is a particle accelerator used to open the wormhole. 

By looking at the paintings in the Osiris temple in Abydos we find what looks like Sety transforming into the Osiris device and then emerging on the other side of a wormhole where the fruit of the tree of life await him.

In the picture below you will see the Osiris device on top of the ship and Sety at the front of the ship.  Sety is transformed into an Osiris device and has emerged on the other side of the wormhole seen on the right side of the ship.  Sety would have entered the beginning of the wormhole on the left side and emerged on the other side seen on the right side of the picture.

When Sety emerges there is fruit waiting for him from the Tree of Life.

A wormhole is not like what was depicted in the Stargate movie where someone just willy nilly walks through the gate.  A person has to go through a lot of preparation to be able to use a wormhole.  There is a transfiguration or resurrection process that needs to take place.

Ishtar also used a similar device in Sumerian carvings.  You see a serpent passing into or out of the pillar Ishtar is operating.  This pillar was used to raise spiritual vibration in preparation for entering the gate of the gods. 

So how does one raise their vibration?  Raising the kundalini is one way.  I have also found toning or chanting “Om” is a good way to raise one’s vibration.  Another very powerful way, that I’ve personally experienced, is doing shadow work or soul retrieval.  Doing this kind of work clears out and heals the parts that keep a person’s vibration low.  Once you have cleared or healed your soul then you’ll notice other exercises found on the spiritual path of your choice will be much more effective in raising your vibration even higher.

It is important to note that the chakras are known as a ladder or stairway and the chakra system works like a conduit or connection between heaven and earth.

According to the Koran, Osiris is the Arabic pronunciation for Idris, a prophet who was known as the instructor.  The Osiris device provided instruction and Osiris when depicted as a humanoid in paintings is always green and holds a green rod or wand in his hand.  The rod is a living branch from the tree of life and channels life force energy or vivifying sap from the Milkyway.  In 2012 we’ll see a return of this substance. 

We are on the threshold of awakening.  We did not originate on this planet.  We are starwalkers, stargate travelers and we come from the stars.

In Egypt Osiris was overlaid on the earth - he was Egypt.  His companion Isis was the star Sirius and her light renewed Osiris every year.  The book The Lost Star of Myth and Time, by Walter Cruttenden, explains this in detail.  According to Cruttenden, Sirius is our binary star and Sirius has an electro-magnetic field.  We rotate around another electro-magnetic field found at the center of the galaxy.  At certain times we enter that field and we are bathed.  Other times we are too far away from the center and we need a device to tap in to this source of renewing energy.  This energy seems to activate our latent abilities found in our DNA.
